Following the recent reveal of Epic Mickey 2: The Power of Two, Warren Spector has said that he wants to port the original title (a Wii exclusive) to the Playstation 3 and Xbox 360.
“I will tell you I desperately want to do it, and other than that I have no comment at this time,” Spector, told Game Informer.
He then added: “I just think it would be cool for people to see where the story started, so we’ll see.”
An HD port of the original highly-rated 2010 game will be extremely beneficial for Disney Studios, given that the sequel is in the works for all three systems. The port will give players a chance to familiarise themselves with the franchise, before the co-op infused sequel arrives later this year.
Seems like a pretty good idea if Disney Studios want to open up the appeal of both games. What do you think?
