Battlefield DGL Champions Cup final four prepare for battle

The DoGaming League’s Battlefield Champions Cup is heating up, with the final four emerging and preparing for the play-offs to decide who walks away with the DGL glory.

First in Battle – Terra

Following their namesake, FiS won six games from six within the seeding division, making them undefeated heading into the quarterfinals. FiB beat ASF Hawks and NSD Sons of Liberty in the first and second rounds respectively.

Damage Control – DC

Damage Control (DC) has made solid headway in the DGL BF3 league by edging out BFC and NSD Sons of Anarchy in their first and second games of the playoffs.

While DC may be considered the ‘underdog’, they possess some serious FPS pedigree within their team and aren’t going to go down easily.

The game between FiB and DC will take place this week with the match deadline on Friday.

SSG – Umshiniwam

SSG made its way to the semi-final by taking down HUMP in the first round. Then, the team showed their strength by taking on ASF and persevering for the win.

SSG were the leaders of Group D in the seeding division and saw them take six wins from six games with a maximum of 18 points and have been seen by the community as one of the front runners for a top spot.

Bravado Gaming – bvd

Considered the best team in South Africa, Bravado Gaming managed to take down RFH and NBD on their way to the semi-finals.

Previously known as Synergy, Bravado Gaming seem to be at peak performance with many Battlefield games, making them a front runner, while also a target for other teams.

SSG and Bravado will be playing their match on Thursday 12 April.

The rest of the week will determine the top teams in the Battlefield 3 DGL and while the top eight are already in the Premier Division for the next leg, the teams will be fighting it out for the top spot.
