Conan O’Brien is one funny man. So combining him with the serious and dedicated attitude 343 Industries are putting into their upcoming Halo installment, Halo 4, the results can only be hilarious.
Talking with Frank O’Connor and Kiki Wolfkill (yeah, that’s her name), Conan went on to ask about the Halo world and it’s influence on the gaming culture, before seeing the funny side of things.
O’Brien got the opportunity to get involved with some voice work after exhibiting his ‘unique’ voice-talents.
Conan and his sidekick, Andy Richter, lay down some lines for an impromptu segment which deteriorated (or elevated) into a humorous fiasco – and it’s incredibly entertaining to watch.
The tail-end of the video gets a little snippet of an early render of Halo 4 gameplay, which looks like a multiplayer moment (which O’Brien and Richter were voicing).
Not too much information can be deduced from the short gameplay piece, and we’re skeptical that Conan’s ‘work’ will make it into the final game, but it’s a pretty funny segment and definitely worth watching.
Bungie handed over the torch to Washington based developer, 343 Industries, after the release of Halo Reach.
