After rumours surrounding a Harley Quinn DLC for Arkham City cropped up recently, Rocksteady have revealed that the open-world Bat-sim will be getting a Game of the Year edition which contains Harley Quinn’s Revenge.
The special GotY edition will feature the previously released Catwoman, Nightwing and Robin DLC, as well as the newly added final chapter, Harley Quinn’s Revenge.
The Harly Quinn’s Revenge mission puts Batman and Robin back into the Arkham City, as they try and take on what Harley Quinn has in store by utilising each characters’ unique abilities.
Alternating between the Dark Knight and his sidekick, players must face their final challenge by trying to uncover and stop Harley’s vengeful plan and close the encroaching prison for good.
New environments, storylines and enemies will be thrown into the mix, adding a whole new dynamic into the Arkham City gameplay.
The Challenge map packs and various character skins will also be included, along with the Batman Year One animated movie.
Batman: Arkham City – Game of the Year Edition is scheduled for a September release.
Batman: Arkham City Game of the Year Edition is currently scheduled for a release in North America on May 29th, while European territories receive the game several months later on September 7th on the PS3 and Xbox 360.
Really 3 months later? and no mention of a PC version
