Alan Wake’s American Nightmare coming to Steam

The water tower buckled with a scream of metal and girders, revealing a Steam registry entry on the rusted walls behind the reservoir. It must be a clue. But a clue… for what? Wake knew he was onto something. Something big.

And that’s probably going to be an Alan Wake’s American Nightmare launch on Steam, because that’s what Steam registry listings usually mean. Man, I should quit my job and solve mysteries instead, I’m obviously a total natural.

The registry listing was spotted by the people over at DSOGaming, who pointed out that “Steam’s registry rarely lies so this is a trustworthy source”. Of course, that’s exactly what Steam’s registry wants you to think, but we’ll just have to wait and see.

Alan Wake’s original PC launch was also outed by a Steam registry listing. Coincidence? Maybe… not. This is clearly a case for Alan Wake. Or me! I’ve got a torch and everything.
