Uber-popular TV show Family Guy is getting out of the neighborhood and onto consoles.

Family Guy: Back to the Multiverse will be based around one of the shows most well-known episodes and bring the over-the-top and humorous antics of the series to gamers.

Activision and the Family Guy team, including the original voice cast and writers, are banding together to bring the game to life.

The game is planned for later this year.
