Omerta – City of Gangsters coming to Xbox 360

17 May 2012

Building games may be seeing somewhat of a resurgence, now that SimCity is making its long-awaited return early next year.

Until then, you can get your build on, as well as some gangster swagger, with Omerta – City of Gangsters, brought to you by the team behind the recent Tropico games.

Omerta – City of Gangsters will revolve around building a criminal empire, and it takes place in Atlantic City during the 1920’s.

Players will work to gain strength and influence in the city, by building illegal boxing rings, distilleries, and other operations which push the limit of the law.

The gameplay is comprised of real-time building mechanics, with turn-based RPG strategy elements in gunfights.

Kalypso and Hamemimont are bringing the previously announced PC game to Xbox 360.
