Metal Gear Rising footage coming before E3

Hideo Kojima has confirmed through his Twitter stream that some new footage of the upcoming Metal Gear Rising: Revengence will emerge prior to E3.

Last week, Kojima teased an image of the demo, but has now been given the go-ahead to show off some video footage of the game, presumably gameplay.

In the start screen, Raiden is referred to and teased as “Black/Dark Raiden”. Kojima didn’t elaborate on this and only said that “it is a secret”.

The series creator also showed off the Game Over screen of the demo, probably because he’d get in trouble for showing anything else.

With the incoming pre-E3 footage, hopefully we’ll learn a bit more about these mysterious titbits surrounding Metal Gear Rising: Revengence.
