Thats it! E3 is done and dusted, which finally gave the MyGaming team time to rub their tired eyes and breakdown what went on this year’s show. There was also a lot more on offer, as some companies and publishers were not done with the announcements once E3 closed it’s doors.

E3 2012 was let loose on the world since Monday, and things didn’t stop moving since then. With all the craziness and news that has ensued, its hard to keep up with all the announcements, reveals and surprises – but don’t fear, we’ve got all the news that you need to know about the gigantic gaming expo.
Microsoft
Microsoft kicked off E3 first with an number of expected details, as well as some pretty big surprises. Gamers obviously got a deeper look into the next instalment in one of Microsoft’s biggest franchises, Gears of War: Judgement, as well as Black Ops II, Halo 4 and the new Splinter Cell making up the bulk of the show.

EA
EA have been terrible at keeping secrets with their upcoming games, although they never fail to impress. Need for Speed: Most Wanted (being developed by Criterion) was shown off, along with Dead Space 3 and Crysis 3 keeping eyes glued to the presentation.

Ubisoft came in swiftly and subtly into E3, as everyone knew Assassin’s Creed III was set to be the big demonstration (and that it was); however, the publisher surprised everyone by showing off the incredible Watch Dogs.

Sony once again showed the graphical prowess of their console by exhibiting Naughty Dog’s The Last of Us and God of War: Ascension, while Quantic Dream also chimed in with their new game, Beyond: Two Souls, starring Ellen Page.
