PCs has become the red-headed stepchild of the gaming platforms, often getting excluded from development, shoddy console ports or delayed releases. In that spirit, Assassin’s Creed 3 won’t be releasing on PCs.
Of course this shouldn’t come as much of a surprise, since Assassin’s Creed Revelations was a couple of weeks late, and Assassin’s Creed Brotherhood was closer to four months late.
According to Ubisoft, “The Windows PC release date is still to be announced,” which doesn’t sound particularly reassuring.
According to a source, the game will be arriving in November, so Ubisoft isn’t out to ruin Christmas or anything; you’re still likely to be happily slaughtering people come the 25th.
