With Iron Man getting his well-deserved big screen threequel next year, it’s expected a video game tie-in should follow, and it is.
An Iron Man 3 game is currently in development, although little is known on who is putting the work in, and what the game entails.
That said, there is some news coming from Comic-Con (which is going down next week) as Activision and High Moon Studios are announcing a new Marvel game at the big convention.
Could this “new Marvel game” from Activision be Iron Man 3? Very likely.
High Moon Studios are currently finishing up work on Transformers: Fall of Cybertron, scheduled for release on 31 August, although we’ll have to wait for next week to see if the next project is indeed the next Iron Man game.
The first Iron Man game, released alongside the original 2008 movie, was a pretty buggy experience, although it had potential.
Iron Man 2: The Video Game was just an insult to the intelligence of mankind.
Let’s hope the next game can do our iron-clad hero justice.
