LittleBigPlanet Karting has opened beta sign-ups, with the beta set to go live on Tuesday the 10th. The lucky people selected will be receiving codes over the next two weeks, and more invitations will be sent out through the 31st of July.
LittleBigPlanet Karting would like to recreate the winning formula of adorable platformer characters riding Go-Karts. The game will include multiplayer, tool sets and plenty of customization options.
United Front Games is in charge of development, with some racing pedigree behind them – the developer was also responsible for ModNation Racers, the PS3 racer that ran on user-created levels. United Front are also the people behind the impressive-looking Sleeping Dogs, which they are developing for Square Enix.
There’s no set release date, or even a window right now, but with the game entering beta next week fans shouldn’t have much longer to wait.
