Rocksteady’s next Batman game to be a prequel?

After bringing down Arkham Asylum and returning to clean up the streets of Arkham City, what’s left for Batman? Word is that the Dark Knight may be heading back to the silver age.

Rocksteady Studios’ next endeavour could be a prequel instalment, according to Variety, which may chronicle the caped crusader’s first meeting with the Joker.

Another interesting titbit is that the Justice League will be involved somehow. Whether they’ll come into play through the campaign (co-op maybe?) ior n some other form remains to be seen.
