Orcs Must Die! 2 is heading to Steam on 30 July 2012.

Owners of the original game on Steam will unlock 10 free co-op levels in the sequel in a special Classic Mode.

Orcs Must Die! 2 is an action-strategy game that challenges players and their friends to team up and defend a world constantly under siege.

Orcs Must Die! 2 begins just days after the ending of the original game. With the rifts closed and the magical Order dead, the War Mage finds himself suddenly thrust into a new battle against the mindless orc mob. He has a powerful, if questionable, new companion in the Sorceress, an ex-War Mage responsible for the destruction of the Order.

    Screenshot 11 – Endless mode: Awesome! I’d always thought it would be cool in the original to have an endless mode…just hoping I have enough traps for that army though (they’d better also include a fly-swatter trap for those pain in the ass flying buggers!).
