New Call of Duty Elite content dropping in July

14 July 2012

If you’re one of many Elite subscribers who shelled out some extra cash for exclusive Call of Duty content, you have a ton of new Modern Warfare 3 drops to look forward to throughout July.

Xbox 360 players will be getting three multiplayer maps – Decommission, a scrapyard of rusty boats; Offshore, which takes place on an oil rig and Vertigo, a helicopter shooting range. You’ll also be getting a Spec Ops mission, all of which is available on the 17th of July.

Elite and non-Elite players will be getting the Modern Warfare 2 map Terminal, although Xbox 360 Elite subscribers will be getting it one day early on the 17th of July.

For Playstation 3 Elite subscribers, they’ll be getting last month’s Xbox 360 Modern Warfare 3 content – Vortex, a tornado-ruined farm; U-Turn, a Middle Eastern high way and Intersection, which is set in New York. Spec Ops enthusiasts will be able to take down a Russian warship in the Arctic Recon mission. All of this will land on the 19th of July.

Goodies for everyone then.
