THERE’S A BATTLEFIELD 4 IN DEVELOPMENT?! Nah, I can’t pretend to be surprised, even with mighty surprise power of all-caps. I mean, is anybody surprised? Not even that funny lookin’ guy in the DeLorean over there.
You can bet that somebody is in trouble over at EA HQ today, though, after a flip switched on the Origin storefront over the weekend advertised a Battlefield 4 beta ticket with the preorder of Medal of Honor: Warfighter. You know, before EA actually announced a Battlefield 4 beta.
Or Battlefield 4, for that matter.
Obviously, the ad has been yanked since, but not before everybody on the internet took a photo and shared it with everybody else on Twitter. Now I guess we just wait for EA to catch up.
The publisher had a similar promotion with the Medal of Honor reboot back in 2010, offering Limited Edition buyers timed exclusive Battlefield 3 beta access, although everything went horribly wrong and most people couldn’t get into the beta early as promised.

WTF, how’s about fixing BF3 FFS that game has so much potential!!
honestly, i think it’s cause they coded BF3 in such a way that it can’t be “fixed” , Battlerecorder is probably so difficult to implement due to the client side hit detection that it would be easier and probably more financial sense to make a whole new game.
EA u suck!
