DoGaming League 2012 update: leg 3 underway

19 July 2012

The third and final leg of the DoGaming League 2012 has kicked off, and it’s pivotal as the performances in this leg will give teams and gamers a leg-up in the final play-offs.

Gamers who excel in their respective leagues will be invited to the DGL 2012 Championships.

Alienware have jumped on to supply some gaming prizes, along with R100,000 cash prizes on offer (EA sponsoring R50,000 and Gaming Inc a further R50,000)

With Bravado making a huge impression by taking both the BF3 and CoD4 Champions Cups in the second leg, the third stretch is looking to be an interesting affair, with many exciting players and teams being promoted and opening up the gap for a new contender.

Andrew-lee “Franchize_boy87” Tobias also claimed the top spot in the FIFA 12 Xbox 360 league, while Wasim “LEEDSUNITED4LYF” Ebrahim became the PS3 Champions Cup holder. Both will be looking to live up to their performances come the final leg.

Ryan ‘cesc’ McCartney took the StarCraft 2 DGL Champions Cup, while Radhe ‘Illidan’ Stringer ended up becoming the Novice Cup champion after the second leg.

Good luck to all those players participating.
