Following the recent rumour that Final Fantasy Versus XIII was cancelled, a Square Enix executive took to Twitter and confirmed that the game is still in development.
Yoichi Wada dispelled the rumours by saying that he had attended a meeting regarding the RPG, and that progress was coming along well, particularly with the game’s city setting.
Final Fantasy Versus XIII was announced nearly six years ago, and although no release date is given, it’s good news for FF fans that the game is still in the works.
