Team 17 have announced a release date for the return of the invertebrate combatants.
Worms Revolution will be crawling into the EU Playstation Network Store on 10 October 2012.
Details of the Xbox 360 and PC versions haven’t been revealed, although the game should appear on those platforms within the same window as the PS3 version.
Worms Revolution will be £9.99 (around R130), and aims to revive the classic turn-based battle gameplay with new features like physics objects, Worms classes and water effects.
