With United Front Games’ Sleeping Dogs three weeks from release, Square Enix have revealed that Sleeping Dogs will be getting a taste of another open-world action hero.
Players will be able to unlock Rico Rodriguez’ outfit from Just Cause 2, as long as there is a save file from Just Cause 2 on their hard drive.
Available in-game from launch, players browsing protagonist Wei Shen’s safehouse wardrobe will gain access to a unique new the trademark Rico Rodriguez outfit.
When dressed as the self-proclaimed King of Chaos, Wei-Shen will gain a distinct boost to his action hijack ability, allowing him to perform stunt-style takeovers of enemy vehicles from an even greater distance.
The game is set for release on 17 August, 2012, for Xbox 360, PS3 and PC.
