Angry Birds Space Red Planet update launches

24 August 2012

Rovio’s Angry Birds hit space earlier this year, and Rovio have followed NASA’s Curiosity Rover to the Red Planet.

The game has been updated with the “Red Planet” expansion, which adds a new astronaut pig and 20 new levels. Those meddling pigs have hijacked the Mars rover in an attempt to find some Martian eggs, but the fuming feathered-heroes aren’t letting them get away that easily.

The update also gives some insight and teaches players about NASA’s trip to Mars and Curiosity’s tasks up there.

The update is now available on the App Store or Google Play,
