While the debate about the Team Fortress 2 pyro’s gender is ongoing, somebody somewhere has decided to go ahead and redesign the entire team as women. You know, because what if that sniper wasn’t actually a spy, but a woman? And a spy? God save us all.
The artwork was posted over on All Games Beta, although no source is supplied and the images may or may not be legit concept stuff leaked out of Valve, or just fan art.
Okay, so probably just fan art, but I know I’d love to see something like this officially launched for the game so we can all hang out in the spawn room and redo our makeup and talk about boys and dating and patriarchal hegemony instead of silly stuff like pushing carts and building sentry guns.
It’d be like a totally new game mode or something. Hey, is anybody at Valve reading this? Give me a call, I’ve got loads of ideas.
