I buy mostly second hand Xbox games. The reason BT does well is that it scales the prices correctly. Triple A titles or rarer titles will hold value for longer than common games or low rated games. E.g Gears of War (1 or 2) is high rated but common as grass, so if you buy secondhand R60-100 is the price margin. A rarer triple A title like MW3 will go for R200-350 2nd hand. Even on new (unsealed) titles they have this rule. It is quite funny walking into a BT seeing that an oldish triple A goes for R150 new, but at the CNA/Game/Incredible next door they still punt it for R600.
