The DoGaming League (DGL) has opened its registrations for the 2013 season, allowing aspiring competitive SA gamers to test their mettle against worthy rivals.
The 2013 season will include 12 games, making the upcoming season the biggest league so far.
Each of the featured game leagues are divided into two categories – Premier Games and League Games, depending on the “size” and demand for each game. The big games will receive sponsors and likely be played at the Do Gaming Championships (DGC). It’s not to say that League Games won’t be played at the DGC, it’s just dependant on how demand for the games and competitions evolve.
“We’ve rated each of the games in the league as either ‘highly competitive’ or ‘casual’, so that gamers know which to enter,” says Robert Hart, Do Gaming League Director. “We have gamers who are looking for a highly competitive league as well as gamers who are looking for a social league. The DGL provides both.”
