New Splinter Cell: Blacklist video showcases takedowns

1 December 2012

Ubisoft has released a new gameplay video for the upcoming stealth title, Splinter Cell: Blacklist.

This “action” video caters to the pacifists among us, those who prefer the humane approach of a choke hold or tap on the head, as opposed to a large knife to the face.

Animation director Kristjan Zadziuk talks you through it, showing off the various non-lethal take downs you can employ if young children are watching.

The Splinter Cell series has gotten a lot of press recently, with Tom Hardy (who played Bane in The Dark Knight) confirmed for the role of Sam Fisher in the film adaptation of the long-running series.
