First gameplay video of Dirty Bomb releases online

A new video of Splash Damage’s Dirty Bomb has made its way online, showing off gameplay of the free-to-play PC FPS for the first time.

Splash Damage is responsible for Enemy Territory and Brink, and announced the game only last month.

The video shows the game in a pre-alpha stage with plenty of objective-based action, and it would also appear to feature vehicles (there’s a tank, anyway).

The game’s website has more information on the various packages available to those willing to shell out a few bucks – including access to all the classes: medic, engineer, soldier, field ops and sniper.

The core game however will be free-to-play at launch, allowing access to core character classes and maps, tournament play and clan support. If you’re wondering when you can jump in, a closed beta is due to begin in early 2013.
