Humble Indie Bundle 7 boasts big names

Just in time for a sorcerous fat dude to break into your home, the Humble Indie Bundle 7 is now available.

The bundle includes these cross-platform DRM-free games: Closure, Shank 2, Snapshot, and Binding of Isaac: Wrath of the Lamb, as well as Indie Game: The Movie.

As always, if you beat the average price, you get some bonus games: Legend of Grimrock and Dungeon Defenders. Dungeon Defenders also includes all previously released DLC packs – a US$50 purchase if you bought everything directly through Steam.

At risk of losing some sort of journalistic integrity by punting a product, let me say those are some seriously good games on offer. I might add that Indie Game: The Movie is also a brilliant documentary that provides insight into the trials and tribulations experienced by dedicated developers trying to make it in the harsh business of video game creation.

If you’re the cheap type or already blew your Christmas bonus on The War Z micro-transactions, you currently need only cough up US$6.38 to get in on this gaming goodness.

As always, you can choose how your purchase is divided: between the developers, the Child’s Play Charity, the Electronic Frontier Foundation, and/or a tip to Humble Bundle.

It’s a good time of year for indie bundles, and the Indie Royale Xmas 2.0 bundle recently went live, boasting some interesting titles of its own.
