EA South Africa has confirmed the recommended retail pricing points for Battlefield 4:
- Battlefield 4 PC: R449.95
- Battlefield 4 PS3: R599.95
- Battlefield 4 XBOX360: R599.95
Pre-orders for Battlefield 4 have also gone live on EA’s Origin service.
- Battlefield 4 on Origin: R404.09, discounted from R448.99
- Battlefield 4 Digital Deluxe on Origin: R485.09, discounted from R538.99
The Digital Deluxe edition features the Battlefield 4 base game, Battlefield 4 Premium Expansion Pack, access to the beta and bonus content, all of which is still to be detailed further.
The Battlefield 4 standard edition features the base game and the Premium expansion.
Regarding Battlefield 4’s gameplay evolutions, players will be able to traverse huge environments, access a wealth of vehicles and direct squad mates, all within the single-player campaign, which encompasses land, sea and air combat.
A 17-minute live demo of Battlefield 4 was shown, which has given gamers a generous look at what the game has to offer.
