2upGamers SA gaming community growth sees new ambitions

19 May 2013

Local gaming event group, 2upGamers, has announced that it will be rebranding and expanding.

2upGamers has been holding events since 2011, and given the growth and success of the launches and events, the group will now focus and operate in three different divisions – community events, eSports, and general gaming and corporate events.

The community events will remain largely the same as they have been, while the eSports division will focus on overseeing, operating and equipping gamers for competitive LANs and online tournaments.

As for the new events division, the 2upGamers group will be registered as a proprietary limited company to host gaming-specific events, corporate functions, large scale events, and bachelor and birthday parties.
