Eidos Montreal has confirmed that its upcoming Thief reboot will be making its way to current-gen consoles, in addition to PS4, Xbox One and PC.
That’s right, the gorgeous look steal-‘em-up will be arriving on Xbox 360 and Playstation 3. There are no details whether it will release on current-gen before its next-gen arrival in 2014, but a simultaneous release is the most realistic scenario.
During E3, Eidos Montral showcased its next Thief entry, providing a 10-minute walkthrough of the re-imagined stealth game.
The demo itself shows the incredible detail the game has to offer, including the great facial animations and environment elements.
The game’s producer, Stefan Roy discusses Thief’s focus on shadows and how it plays a role in the way you’ll traverse the environments.
The video also shows the ways in which you can distract and dispose of guards in order to get closer to your goal.
