Riot Games has managed to top Google in an employee survey, which asked employees to vote and rate their respective companies and job satisfaction.

Compiled by recruitment company Glassdoor, the best tech companies to work for in 2013 includes the likes of Intel, Qualcomm and LinkedIn, but above them all is game development studio Riot Games.

Riot Games is best known for its MOBA phenomenon League of Legends, and the company comes into number 4 on the list, just under Riverbed Technology, Guidewire, and Facebook, which tops the list.

Everyone here is immensely passionate about what they do, and if you aren’t learning something every day, you must be in the wrong office,” said employee feedback collected by Glassdoor. “The company takes ridiculously good care of us, and tries every step of the way to make sure we’re engaged culturally, intellectually and socially with the industry and each other. It’s by far the best place I’ve ever worked.”
