SA weekly gaming specials revealed

With the impending entrance of next-gen consoles, South African retailers have presented gaming specials this week.

Makro

Makro has priced an Xbox 360 console bundle at R1,799.

The bundle includes a 4GB console, wireless controller, and Mass Effect.

Another special includes the Xbox 360 Play and Charge kit and Black Ops 2 for R399.

Takealot

Takealot has discounted Firaxis’ throwback strategy shooter XCOM: Enemy Unknown to R199, while the sadly underrated and under-appreciated Singularity is now R30.

The specials are valid while stocks last.

Dion Wired

Dion Wired has a PS3 bundle for R3,000, which includes a 12GB super-slim console, a Dual Shock 3 controller and Criterion’s Need for Speed: Most Wanted reboot.

The special is valid until 6 August 2013.

Kalahari

Kalahari has added the Wii Fit Plus Pack (with Black Wii Balance Board) to the other console specials on offer.

The pack is priced at R699 and is available while stocks last.
