Nintendo seems to be in a spot of bother; recently cutting the price of the Wii U and describing their competitors’ line-up as “meh” could surely be seen as a sign of trying to stay relevant in a very fast-moving next-gen race.

impressive line up, i will admit, also like that there is some form of pokemon game in the works for the U as well. however, will the U keep up with the new gen coming in terms of visuals? being older hardware and all that.
