    I know it’s tempting to get on the defensive but nobody is really blaming games here, I mean the women is being charged with abuse so at least they have that right(Putting the blame on her negligence). I do think maybe she doesn’t deserve to be actually arrested though. She’s lost her daughter in a tragic accident and I doubt it was intentional, sure she wasn’t watching over her kid but if you tell me every parent watches their kid 24/7 I won’t believe you. This said with the knowledge in this article though, for all I know she could have abused the kid for a lot longer.
