Wii owners rejoice, Take- Two Interactive has announced that Sid Meier’s Pirates! is headed to your consoles.
Sid Meier’s Pirates! was originally released for a varierty of home console in the late 1980’s, including the Commodore 64, Amiga, Atari ST and others.
It was then remade in 2004 for Windows, PSP, Xbox and even Xbox 360. the game blends strategy with action and adventure, and players take part in a variety of typically piratey (since we’re inventing words today) endeavours, from sailing to sword fighting, ship combat, trading and more.
The Wii version is being handled by 2K China, and promises two new mini-games; Bombardment and lock picking are promised.
