Far Cry 4 outed by composer

Far Cry news

Former Red Hot Chilli Peppers drummer and now film composer, Cliff Martinez will reportedly be working on Far Cry 4, after revealing that he is involved with the yet-to-be-formally-announced project.

“There’s a secret mission that I’m not completely on yet, it looks like I’ll also be doing a Soderbergh TV series called The Knick, and I’m working on a video game called Far Cry 4,” said Martinez. “So yeah, I’m popular all this week.”

Martinez also worked as a composer on the Ryan Gosling action thriller Drive.

It’s no surprise that a Far Cry 4 will happen after the incredible success that came with 2012’s Far Cry 3.

“We’re totally psyched from [Far Cry 3]. It’s a great brand, and now it’s got the recognition it deserves, so we’re clearly going to make another one; more on that soon,” said Ubisoft senior vice president of marketing and sales Tony Key back in July.
