Nintendo next-gen Fusion hardware specs: rumour

Nintendo News is claiming to have inside info regarding Nintendo’s plans for next-gen console and portable systems.

However, in the same article they don’t seem particularly confident in their source, so all of the following is firmly entrenched in rumour territory.

What we do know is that Nintendo is struggling badly with its Wii U console, which to be honest, is under-powered and doesn’t hold a candle to the PS4 and Xbox One.

In our opinion, Nintendo needs to strike back with a powerful set of gaming hardware, both portable and home console, capable of matching or beating the PS4 and Xbox One, and this time they better launch with a lot of compelling titles.

The specs below come from Nintendo News’ claimed source, and these supposedly show the planned specs of a next-gen Nintendo hardware.

If true, this could be a prototype build, and so the final product may vary. Linked to this is Nintendo’s 21 January renewal of the Nintendofusion.com domain. This domain was previously used from 2003 to 2006 for a touring music and games festival.
