Ster Kinekor sponsors Gran Turismo 6 Do Gaming League

Ster Kinekor Entertainment (SKE) has announced it will be sponsoring the Telkom DO Gaming League 2014 Gran Turismo league.

Do Gaming’s summer racing league has been running Gran Turismo 6 on Playstation 3 from 3 February, and will continue until April 2014. The winter league then begins in May 2014.

“Entrants from across the country will compete for a chance to win PlayStation 4 hampers and cash prizes,” said SKE.

In the Gran Turismo 6 league, drivers are promoted and relegated based on their standings at the end of each leg. These results establish which drivers are invited to the Do Gaming Championships where they compete to be crowned the Telkom Do Gaming Gran Turismo 6 Champion. The registrations for the Summer Leg exceeded expectations with 96 drivers.

This prizes available for players are:

1st Place: PlayStation 4 Bundle (console + 2 controllers + one game) as well as R5 000 cash.
2nd Place: PlayStation 4 including one game as well as R2 500 cash.
3rd Place: PlayStation 4 as well as R1 500 cash.

For those of you who missed the registration deadline for the summer leg, you can still register for the winter Leg.
