rAge expo, NAG LAN 2014 ticket prices announced

The Really Awesome Gaming Expo (rAge) is South Africa’s flagship gaming and lifestyle expo, and the ticket prices for the 2014 outing have been announced.

The event will once again take place in its traditional home, the The Coca-Cola dome in Johannesburg, from 3 – 5 October 2014.

  • Dates: 3 October – 5 October 2014
  • Show times: Friday: 10:00-18:00 | Saturday: 09:00-18:00 | Sunday: 10:00-16:00
  • Day ticket: R80 per person (Tickets are available at the door or on Computicket)
  • Weekend ticket: R150 per person
  • Kids under 6: Free
  • NAG LAN ticket: R450

The astute among our readers will note this is an overall increase on 2013 prices.

About rAge Expo and NAG LAN

The 2013 event was a great success, breaking attendance records with 32,626 visitors hitting the expo floor and LAN – a 13 percent increase over 2012’s attendance number.

In 2013, Internet Solutions stepped up to provide broadband connectivity to the 2,148-player NAG LAN portion of the event, offering a 1Gbps link. Internet traffic served during the NAG LAN at rAge 2013 was 26TB, which consisted of 21.3TB downloaded, and 4.6TB uploaded.
