Gfk has released its latest hit list for SA retail, revealing which were the top 5 best-selling games in February 2014. This includes both pre-orders and post-launch sales.
On PC, Grand Theft Auto 4 is seeing a resurgence in popularity, probably driven by the massive success of GTA 5 which is still not available on the platform.
The Diablo 3 expansion Reaper of Souls was clearly highly anticipated, as it hit the top 5 in the month before its launch.
Over on PlayStation 4, the lack of fresh titles meant Tomb Raider Definitive Edition (a revamped version of the 2013 hit) had no trouble topping the sales chart. Despite its varying reviews, Thief seemed to find a place with PS4 gamers in February.
Below is a chart detailing the top 5 selling games at SA retail for February 2014.
