Bruce Lee coming to UFC

The martial arts legend that is Bruce Lee is heading to EA Sports UFC, and will be round-house kicking opponents across four weight divisions when the game launches for Xbox One and PS4 on 20 June, 2014.

EA announced on 7 April 2014 that Bruce Lee would be available for one day only to those who pre-order the game, and can then be permanently unlocked once the game is completed on Pro difficulty.

“I am so excited about this opportunity to bring my father back to videogames!” said Shannon Lee, Bruce Lee’s daughter and Chairperson of the Bruce Lee Foundation. “I’m thrilled that fans can now interact with him in a new way,” said Lee of her father’s involvement in the game.

We all know Lee can combat 20 guys at once with nothing but his hands and feet (and a broomstick if he is in real trouble), but how will he fare when it comes to grappling? Do you think Lee will kick UFC ass? Let us know in the comments and forum.

Below is the first cinematic trailer for the game, which unfortunately does not show Lee in action.
