Slightly Mad Studios has committed to releasing Project Cars for PS4, Xbox One, PC, and Wii U in November 2014, after having worked on the title for 3 years.
Slighty Mad started the Project Cars, um, project, in 2011, and decided during that period not to release the title on current-gen consoles. The developers say there is also support for the Oculus Rift and 4K resolution.
To mark the announcement of the release date, a new trailer featuring in-game footage has been released (which we have posted below) on the Project Cars’ website.
Project Cars will be up against some stiff competition this year in the driving genre, with Driveclub, Grid Autosport, and a new Forza game all set to be released in 2014.
We recommend you watch the trailer in 1080p, the visuals are stunning.
