The latest trailer for the next Transformers movie, Age of Extinction, has bust loose and it’s looking like sheer robo-battle porn.
We get a brief taste of what is likely going to be a flimsy plotline in which the humans turn on the Transformers, who then aide the humans in defeating those damn Decepticons (how original!).
But the plot really isn’t the point of a Transformers movie. We also get glimpses of the main robo-tagonists, including mega-baddie Galvatron and the stupendously awesome fire-breathing Grimlock, complete with Optimus Prime in the saddle.
Stuff explodes and big things fall down in slow motion. It looks like a winner.

And to tie this into gaming, there is a new Transformers video game coming out in support of the movie – Transformers: Rise of the Dark Spark is heading to Xbox 360, Xbox One, PS3, PS4, Wii U, Nintendo 3DS, and Windows PC in June 2014.
