Just in time for your weekend Diablo 3 binge, Blizzard has announced that to celebrate the game’s second year of demon slaying it will boost the legendary drop rate by 100%.
Blizzard will also double the number of Rift Fragments awarded.
The boost period runs for a week from Thursday, May 15 at 12:00 a.m. CEST, ending on Thursday, May 22 at 5:00 a.m. CEST. (CEST is the same as SA time).
The boost is only available to PC and Mac players, but will apply to all characters and stacks with other drop bonuses.
This comes on the back of patch 2.0.5 which tweaked a number of character skills and most importantly ensured “Tyrael will now chat about his poor eating habits with less frequency”.
