SA Xbox distributor Westcon appoints new sales lead

Microsoft vendor partner Westcon has announced that it has appointed Gareth Pretorius as its new Xbox sales lead.

Pretorius has experience in sales management from his position as national sales manager at Silverscreen Trading.

“We believe Gareth brings with him the know-how to not only nurture existing relationships with customers and Microsoft as our vendor partner, but also has the wherewithal and experience to generate new business in terms of the Xbox portfolio,” said Heinz Stephan, business unit director at Westcon Consumer Solutions.

“His experience in handling large-scale consumer accounts and brands will mean that Gareth is going to be instrumental in extending Westcon’s reach into this competitive consumer and gaming market.”
