The first footage of the new Unreal Tournament has landed.
The video, posted below, shows the game in its very early stages, with some of the game designers running around a blank stage with a few boxes while shooting at each other.
The new Unreal is being developed by Epic games, and is being made in the Unreal Engine 4 in collaboration with fans.
“For years, we’ve wanted to reboot Unreal Tournament, but we knew we had to do it in concert with developers and the mod community, and in an environment that sets them up with the proper tools to make it happen,” said senior programmer and project lead, Steve Polge.
The game is also set to be free-to-play.
No release date for Unreal Tournament has been set as yet.

Let the leaks and project progress continue. I love when the devs engage with their core audience so that by the time the game hits, you know just abit more than the advertising that is done around. This to me as a non-technical gamer is super useful :D.
I am so gonna support this when it hits however i can and maybe time to start adding learning UE4 to learn how to MOD.
