The Crew gets release date and PC beta

Action-driving MMO The Crew will be available for the PS4, Xbox One, and PC on 11 November 2014. Ubisoft made the announcement during their E3 press conference on 9 June 2014.

The Crew lets petrol heads ride through a digital, open-world version of the United States, a map which is populated with various challenges and, as is any MMO, other real players. For eager driving game enthusiasts, Ubisoft has opened applications for a closed beta PC version of the game, which is set to go live on 23 July 2014.

“A limited number of players will be able to join the development team to play in a closed beta version of The Crew and provide feedback on their experience. Further details on the upcoming beta stages will be communicated at a later date,” said Ubisoft.

The game’s E3 trailer is below, followed by The Crew’s announcement trailer – just to refresh your memory.
