If reports from a variety of gaming sites around the world, including IGN, are to be believed, then Google is planning on launching a social-gaming service.
The speculation comes after it was revealed that Google invested between $100 million and $200 million into Zynga – a casual game developer responsible for the likes of Farmville, Mafia Wars and loads more.
It is believed that these investments are paving the way for the launch of “Google Games” sometime next year.
Zynga is estimated to have raked in $350 million in the first half of this year.
