Life is Strange 5

The publisher behind Final Fantasy has announced a new IP called Life is Strange which is scheduled to be available for PC, PS3, PS4, Xbox 360, and Xbox One.

The game is set to be released digitally using an episodic model. “Every new chapter will build and evolve on the choices you made in the past episode,” said Square Enix.

Life is Strange will be worked on by Dontnod Entertainment – makers of Remember Me – which said the project was “wholly different” to anything Square Enix had done before.

The game features a college-aged woman named Max Caulfield who returns home to find that a classmate has “disappeared under mysterious and rather uncomfortable circumstances.”

While trying to uncover the truth Max reunites with an old friend, Chloe, and makes a startling discovery: Max has the power to rewind time.

“With the power to rewind time, what would you change? And would it turn out to be a change for the better or worse?”

No release date has been announced as yet.
