Plain Sight is an independently developed game created by Beatnik Games that has been quite well received since its launch in April 2010. It currently sits with a rating of 76/100 on Metacritic.
Plain Sight is currently discounted by 80% and on sale for US$2.00 (±R15). The Plain Sight – Four Pack is also discounted, costing US$6.00 (±R44). The Four Pack means that you can give out some copies to friends so they can get in on the action (or hoard four copies of the game to yourself like some sort of deranged digital land-baron).

The game is a multiplayer title revolving around suicidal ninja robots and their insatiable appetite for slicing each other apart. “Fly through space, leap over planetoids and destroy opponents with your trusty katana.”
There is an interesting scoring and upgrade system in place. As one kills robo-adversaries, so they gain their tasty, tasty energy. Each robot builds up energy that is either lost when they are killed by an opponent, or used to cause mass destruction in a suicidal plasma explosion. After committing hari-kari, the energy points used in the explosion also equate to upgrade points for the player.
Upgrade your robot, and get back into the action as a leaner and meaner fighting machine.

Currently there are 13 multiplayer maps which can host up to 20 players. There are five game modes to choose from, 30 different robot upgrade options, and 27 Steam achievements to strive for.
